Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order at any time before it ships, with no charge. Most orders leave us within 24 hours, so if you need to change or cancel, email us at theteam@insectscreen.asia as soon as you can. Once packing and shipping have started an order can no longer be cancelled, and the return terms below apply instead.

Returning a product within 15 days

You can return a product within 15 days of purchase for an exchange or a refund. This covers changing your mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer needing it. For a change of mind, you pay the cost of sending the goods back.

To be eligible, the product must have been bought within the last 15 days, be uncut and in its original packaging, and come with the receipt, order confirmation or other proof of purchase from this website. We cannot accept returns of items bought from other retailers.

If something is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered

This is not a change of mind. If a product arrives damaged, has parts missing, or is not the item you ordered, tell us straight away and we will put it right at no cost to you. Nothing in this policy takes away a right you have under Thai consumer protection law.

What you get back and when

We refund to the payment method you used, so a card refund goes back to that card and a PayPal payment goes back to that PayPal account. Refunds are processed 24 to 48 hours after the returned item reaches us. If you would rather keep the amount as credit for a future order, ask us and we will do that instead.

How to start a return

Email theteam@insectscreen.asia with your order number and what you would like to do. We will confirm the return address before you send anything back.

If we cannot resolve it

Please contact us first, because almost everything is quicker to fix directly. If we cannot agree, you can contact the Office of the Consumer Protection Board (OCPB) at ocpb.go.th.
